Designer industriel néozélandais basé à Wellington, Sam Stringleman imagine cette console composée d'une fine structure en acier et d'un plateau fait de pièces de contreplaqué de 18 millimètres d'épaisseur et de longueurs variables.

Dimensions (L x p x h): 650 mm x 250 mm x 800 mm

Sam Stringleman précise:

"The side table exaggerates the fact that it is constructed from laminated ply, through a random juxtaposition of an unfinished edge. Utilising the strength and aesthetic appeal of vertical ply, the 18mm pieces are left at random lengths on one side of the table, giving an insight that it is unique and handcrafted as opposed to a clean, finished, mass produced item. The surface is able to be flipped and either side of the table used. Grub screws add detailing to one side and anchor the steel legs in place."
