Peter Simonik et Elena Bolcekova de l'agence de design slovaque Allt nous font découvrir "Highstack", un meuble de rangement en bois qui s'inspire des empilements de planches de  scieries.











Sur ce projet, Peter Simonik et Elena Bolcekova de l'agence Allt précisent:

"The structure used industrially when stacking unfinished wood planks is to avoid degradation and allow better manipulation. Random profiles and airiness which can be found in the industrial context of sawmills and warehouses is brought closer to show its qualities in more familiar environments. By cutting out spaces an object is created and its function is transformed by adding or removing stacked material."
