Sur "Cambium", Vaugh Shannon précisent: "Taking inspiration from the study of dendrochronology, Cambium is a floor lamp with an acrylic, multi diffuser system designed to emit a soft yet complex combination of light, glow, reflection and shadow. The five layers are shaped to represent the growth rings of a tree and the Oak shaft was chosen to pay homage to the actual material. Wood, acrylic and steel come together to form a silhouette reminiscent of a tree, and this is created through a simple curved transition of the shade and base into the upright.
