Sur ce projet, Patrick Delorey précise: "This furniture project seeks to expose plywood’s expressive potential via the precision and speed made possible with digital fabrication. Plywood’s fundamental character, that of a laminate, is typically considered only for its structural and performative properties, not for its potential as ornament. This unique material expression is integrated into the function of the piece through the drawer pulls, which are formed by local discontinuities in the undulating forms of the drawer fronts.
